Donna Carter is a Strayer University graduate who values her education, knowledge and skills it has provided. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and playing with her two puppies, Vinnie and Nugget. Exploring the great outdoors is one of her greatest passions, and she had the opportunity to hike and scale Machu Picchu in January 2019, which was a wonderful experience.
